Cancellations that occur at less than these time frames will result in a charge of the base fare plus any applicable tolls. For pick-ups in Manhattan, the base fare will be calculated as a minimum zone charge. For pick-ups within a 60 mile radius of Midtown NYC, the base fare will be calculated as the fare from the pick-up location to Midtown NYC.
Additionally, in the event the reserved base fare exceeds $200.00 (U.S. equivalent), the minimum cancellation fee is 20% of the base fare irrespective of when the reservation is cancelled. For special events and/or specialty vehicles, the cancellation fee is 80% if cancelled after the reserve date, and 100% if cancelled within 2 weeks of the event date. Any change to a reservation that occurs at less than the time frames or other stipulations set forth above will be deemed to be a cancellation of the original reservation and will result in the imposition of the applicable cancellation fee.
LimoRes reserves the right to charge the entire base fare in advance at the time the reservation is made. In the event of a cancellation, LimoRes reserves the right to withhold that portion of the base fare not charged as a cancellation fee for a period of up to 60 days following the date of the scheduled service date.
The cancellation and other fees set forth above also apply in the event the passenger is not available for his/her scheduled pick-up.
